*Press Release*

This hobby-turned-into-small-business is slowly getting more and more orders. It's a shame, though, that my family and I are bound to be away this summer break.

Good news is, because there has been a demand, I have decided to take on pre-Christmas orders.

So if you are runningout of ideas of what to give away this Christmas, or wanted to offer something new for that Christmas function or even just for your personal consumption *wink*, you can shoot me an email on likemycakes@gmail.com to discuss your orders and requirements. Minimum order is 12 pcs. Decorated cupcakes start at $2.50 for double chocolate fudge or vanilla flavoured cake. (Themed decorated gourmet cupcakes will be priced differently.)

I will try my bestest to accommodate as much orders as I can. But please understand that I like my clients to be served but with only freshly baked cupcakes. And that means, within 24 hours from being baked and decorated.

So, first in, best dressed!

Latest design...

Once upon a Saturday, I decided to get down and make pretty cupcakes. And these are what I have accomplished... Enjoy!

Basketball Party

These were cupcakes I made for a first birthday party.

The theme was basketball.

Cake : Double Chocolate Fudge

*All decorations are edible and hand-crafted.*

Cheesy Brownie

This is the normal Cheesy Brownie cupcake I do. A little tedious to make.

I can snack on a few in just one sitting. Bad bad bad! Can't help it. They're just so yummy!

Coffee and Walnut

So far the best sellers. But I only recommend it to the not so young ones! To those allowed to have caffeine...
If you like the scent of brewing coffee, then, you will like this cake... It's perfect for your afternoon tea!

Date and Walnut

I really love walnuts in cakes. Its bittersweet flavour goes well with sweet treats just like my gourmet cupcakes!

This time I had it mixed with sticky dates. Topped with a tad bit of caramel frosting and a tiny walnut. Didn't I just say that I love walnuts.

Purple Cupcake

This cupcake reminds me of our wedding motif : Lilac-Grey.

This was for my Godchild's Disney Princesses themed party.

Would have been nice to have the crowns in different colours but I ran out of time. I did this right after finishing the "train" toppers.

Cake : Double Chocolate Fudge

Icing : Vanilla Buttercream

Thomas The Tank Engine (Edible Topper)

This is my first handmade cupcake topper. Not bad for a start eh?
I am actually very proud of my "Thomas" design. I sketched this idea in the morning on a piece of scrap paper - complete with the colours and dimension. And the finished product came out 90% close to my sketch. (I wonder where that piece of scrap is. It is a monumental moment!!!)
Special mention to my husband who patiently supported me through the hours of colouring and molding this edible cupcake topper.
